Premier Hospitality is now hiring experienced and service-driven Servers / Waitstaff to work across premier dining venues, luxury hotels, catering halls, and private clubs. This shift-based part-time opportunity offers the flexibility to work when you want, where you want—select shifts directly through our app.

Job Responsibilities

Warmly greet and engage guests, ensuring a welcoming experience

Take and relay food and beverage orders with accuracy and attention to detail

Serve meals and drinks while upholding presentation, timing, and guest expectations

Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of your section and shared service areas

Set up and break down dining areas before and after shifts

Anticipate guest needs and respond to service concerns professionally

Comply with venue policies, food safety standards, and alcohol service laws

Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and event staff to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements

Prior experience as a server, waitstaff, or banquet team member

Excellent communication and guest service skills

Professional appearance and attitude

Ability to lift 25–30 lbs and stand for extended periods

Availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts

Preferred:

Background in fine dining, banquets, or high-volume food service

Familiarity with POS systems and ticket routing

TIPS, RAMP, or Serve Safe Alcohol certification

Personal transportation or access to carpooling (select locations)
